• WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO CANADA ONLY U.S. ORDERS
• Shipping charges will be added to all orders once they are received. UPS shipping charges to your location and back to Stillwater OK
• All orders will be shipped regular Ground unless indicated on your order. You must contact our office if needing faster shipping than Ground. Two day, three day or overnight shipments will be made upon request with your semen order. Please call our office at 405-372-3300.
• Upon receiving your tank, please verify and transfer the contents of the tank within 24 hours. Please read the instructions provided in your tank to ready it for return. 
• We will provide a return label inside the tank, then the tank can be dropped off at any UPS location. Give us a call at 405-372-3300 if you need a UPS PICKUP scheduled.
