When we saw Aftershock in his stall at the Tulsa State Fair, we were intrigued. He was big boned, stout made, and had power throughout. His dam had won Supreme at the Tulsa State Fair in 2006. She went on to produce a $30,000 high seller and a High Voltage daughter that Circle M showed to win two national championship titles. When we watched Aftershock show later that day, we liked him even more. He was crowned Supreme Champion. John asked Neal Thompson if he was for sale, and pretty soon they had struck a deal. He went on to win the Angus show at the American Royal.
