We loaded up our car and drove to Dunlap, Iowa with four kids in just marginal weather for one reason, to look at this bull. Proud Mary owns as many ribbons as any female in the breed, she is big ribbed, big footed, and beautiful, she produces as good as she looks! 

Something About Mary aka “SAM,” one of the most complete and prolific Simmental bulls we have seen in a long time, not only that, he has the ability to pass on the power.  His progeny have been highly sought after all fall and have demanded a premium in on-line sales and across the auction block. He was perhaps the most consistent sire used in 2020 and it was proved in his semen sales in in 2021, he’s on fire.
